Dear Lydia,
I believe in miracles and you have been sent as 'friend angel' that will be an answer. I had found a (old purse) hanger that was my mother's and it brought back wonder memories as I remember her hanging her purse on it at church, at a little diner where we went for lunch. This led me to search for a way to lend a helping hand for a teen age girl that has been going through her cancer journey for almost three years with ovarian cancer and is now sixteen.

Elizabeth has been unable to attend high school and unable to be involved with any normal teen activity due to the immune system and guarding against infection and the side effects of the chemo, loss of hair and just daily normal situations that aren't available when hospital and doctor visits are the primary routines and 'hanging tough' to be determined to live life! Elizabeth, from her bed side getting chemo treatments, decided she wanted to help other children with cancer and came up with a message to have on wrist bands and sell them for $2 so she could sponsor a child with a wig as someone had done for her.
